Refund/Exchange Policy:
All sales are FINAL and can only be exchanged for the exact same item (design and garment) in a different size, if available in stock. For instance, if you purchase a gray championship hoodie with a skyline on it, you can only exchange it for another gray hoodie with a skyline on it in a different size. If a different size is no longer in stock, you will not be able to exchange the item. The limited exchanges will only occur during the dates of each event, typically within 24 hours of the purchase.
All items purchased on this site must be picked up at the onsite store at the volleyball tournament prior to the store closing, and will not be shipped to an address. Please check store hours before placing an order to be sure you are able to pick it up. Orders will be processed in the order received and cannot be expedited to accommodate travel restrictions.
