All items purchased on this site must be picked up at the onsite store at the convention center by 2pm on Monday July 5th and will not be shipped to an address. Please check pickup area hours (below) before placing an order to be sure you are able to pick it up. Orders will be processed in the order received and cannot be expedited to accommodate travel restrictions. Please allow at least 2 hours for your order to be processed and ready for pickup. You will be notified when your order is ready at the email address you provide at checkout. Lucky Dog cannot be responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses that hinder communication about your order.
Pickup Area Hours: Each Event Day: 9:30am-6:30pm; Monday July 5th: 9:30am-2pm
**All sales are FINAL and can only be exchanged for the exact same item (design and garment) in a different size, if available in stock. For instance, if you purchase a gray championship hoodie with a skyline on it, you can only exchange it for another gray hoodie with a skyline on it in a different size. If a different size is no longer in stock, you will not be able to exchange the item.
