All items purchased on TheQuickPickStore.com must be picked up in the North Hall of the Orange County Convention Center. Orders must be picked up by 2pm on Monday March 4th. Orders will NOT be shipped to a home address. Please check pickup hours (listed below) before placing an order to ensure you are able to pick up your order within the pickup times. Orders will be processed in the order received and cannot be expedited to accommodate travel restrictions. Please allow at least 4 hours for your order to be processed and ready for pickup. You will be notified when your order is ready at the email address you provide at checkout. Lucky Dog cannot be responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses that hinder communication about your order
