Refund/Exchange Policy:

All sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

All items purchased on this site must be picked up at the onsite store at the volleyball tournament during the specified hours, and will not be shipped to an address. Please check Pick-Up hours before placing an order to be sure you are able to pick it up. Orders will be processed in the order received and cannot be expedited to accommodate travel restrictions.

Before completing your transaction, please be sure you are aware:

• All orders must be picked up onsite at the Lucky Dog store. The store is located in the North Hall of the Orange County Convention Center.
• No orders will be shipped.
• All sales are final and refunds/exchanges will not be given.
